Approvals

To become a Training Provider eligible to receive Individual Training Grant (ITG) vouchers from Workforce1 Career Centers and have courses listed in the Training Guide, a school or organization must undergo the following application process:
1. Submit an application through New York State's Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL). Once approved, the course may qualify to become eligible for ITG vouchers issued by Workforce1 Career Centers, if it engages in skills training that leads to employment in high demand occupations or career advancement.

• For assistance with applying and entering your information into the ETPL, please refer to the ETPL Manual which defines and provides step-by-step guidance to accurately fill out the application. Information in the ETPL must be complete and up-to-date, or it becomes subject to removal. |

| 2. The following forms, available from the ETPL, must be completed and uploaded onto the Provider Documentation section of the application: Authorized Signature, Assurances, Payment Structure of Individual Training Grants. Additionally, applicants must upload proof of registration/license by appropriate New York State entity |

Training providers who are applying for the first time should only include one course. Once approved, additional course applications may be submitted. |

3. For each course application, upload documents onto Part 5, Course Level Approval Documents, that demonstrate course approval by the appropriate licensing entity. These documents may include:
If licensed by the Bureau of Proprietary School Supervision (BPSS), the Approval Specifications and Enrollment Agreement
Other documentation issued by licensing entity may include, for example, NYS Department of Motor Vehicles, NYS Department of Health
