Becoming a registered Training Provider in the City of New York will provide your school opportunities to receive vouchers for training students and have your courses listed online in the NYC Training Guide.

What is the NYC Training Guide?
The NYC Training Guide lists occupational skills training courses that accept Individual Training Grant (ITG) vouchers. Information from the New York State Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) is integrated to create an enhanced information directory containing school and course details. Jobseekers use the NYC Training Guide and its advanced search functions to find courses that best match their training needs and career goals.

What’s in it for me?
The NYC Training Guide is a free marketing tool that showcases courses to jobseekers and employers. If you register as a Training Provider, your school and course information will be available to the general public via the NYC Training Guide.

The NYC Training Guide also serves as a resource to make doing business with the City of New York easier. It includes guidance for registering as a Training Provider, information and online documents related to payment and reporting procedures, and the roles and responsibilities of registered Training Providers.
