1.       All Training Providers are required to have a training location within the five boroughs
          New York City.

 2.       All training providers must apply to have their school and course information included in
           the New York State Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL), an established list of
           occupational skills training courses. After registration, the school and courses will appear
           in the NYC Training Guide website.

 3.       Training Providers must be in compliance with New York State Education Law and 
           provide copies of valid school licenses and approvals. Accepted licenses from
           appropriate public state or federal regulatory agencies include:

            a.       Bureau of Proprietary of School Supervision

            b.       Department of Motor Vehicles

            c.       Division of Criminal Justice

            d.       Department Health
